Alongside my refurbishment work, I acquire plots of land for both residential and commercial development, from individual building plots through to larger sites with potential for multiple units. I handle the full process, sourcing land both off-market and on-market, assessing planning potential, and taking sites through to development, creating value from the ground up and adding another dimension to the portfolio.

Levada Lettings is our dedicated lettings arm, working across social housing, rent-to-rent, standard lets and full property management. From placing tenants and guaranteeing landlords a hands-off income, through to managing properties end to end, we handle the day-to-day so owners don't have to.
